Jay is one of the members of the founding team at Denison. Since 1998, he has worked with hundreds of organizations in many different sectors with clients such as Domino’s Pizza, Avaya, Dow Chemical, NASA, and the Department of Defense–Defense Logistics Agency.
As a Senior Consultant, Jay is using the broad leadership development and organizational transformation experience gained over the past 25 years to guide organizations through the survey and assessment phase, action planning phase, and implementation phases of the organizational culture change processes.
Jay has published several articles on organizational culture in Industry Week.
Jay earned his masters in Leadership at Central Michigan University.
Jay is based in the greater Detroit area in the U.S.A.
