Jeanine acknowledges that employees are an organization’s most valuable resource, and their engagement and productivity are key to any company’s sustained success. Having earned both a business degree from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business and a master’s in organizational psychology, Jeanine enjoys utilizing her professional skills and deep understanding of human behavior in the workplace to support clients in effectively giving their employees a voice. As an Implementation Specialist, she leverages best-in-class technology and employee experience data to support clients in driving their listening strategies forward in alignment with superordinate organizational goals. For fun, Jeanine enjoys outdoor adventuring (hiking, biking, and kayaking), reading and spending time with friends and family.
