Role: Research Consultant

Rachel is an Associate Consultant who collaborates with the team to create personalized materials for clients using employee survey data. She recently earned her Master of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Occupational Health Psychology from Colorado State University. As a graduate student, Rachel found her passion for science communication and employee wellness, sparking an interest in translating technical findings for those who are able to utilize it for the betterment of employee experiences.
