Changing culture by capturing the pulse of what’s happening

Dan Denison, Chairman and Founder of Denison Consulting joined Michael Papay, President of Waggl, as a keynote speaker at the 2018 Waggl HARVEST. This leader retreat brought together leaders in organizational development from around the country in the beautiful Napa Valley setting.

The focus of the event was on addressing today’s biggest HR challenges and opportunities. At the event Dan shared thoughts about how to drive performance by combining a proven assessment framework with crowdsourcing to really engage the team and get feedback deep in the organization to generate action. As Dan states, “If you don’t engage the people and engage the team, you can’t build the culture and keep changing the culture so that it adapts over time.”
